Walk to Ferry

Quaint vacation house, short walk to waterfront and ferry to Laboe and Kiel, clean and nice for a week long stay.

Der Check-in verlief super unkompliziert und wir durften sogar früher in die Unterkunft – vielen Dank dafür! Auch die Lage war hervorragend und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich und angenehm.Leider entsprach die Unterkunft selbst nicht ganz den Erwartungen: Die Schlafcouch war durchgelegen, das Schlafzimmer recht hellhörig und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Besonders in den Badezimmern gab es Schimmel, die Dusche war teilweise defekt, Abflüsse verstopft und insgesamt wirkte vieles schon sehr verbraucht. Auch die Terrasse war aufgrund des beschädigten Bodenbelags nicht wirklich einladend.Wir haben uns über die gute Betreuung und die tolle Lage gefreut, würden uns aber wünschen, dass die Unterkunft gründlicher instandgehalten und gepflegt wird.

Super nah am Meer und dafür eine sehr günstige Unterkunft. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und handelt umgehend wenn etwas fehlt. Einzig die mitgebuchte Bettwäsche war fleckig und es gab nur einen Kaffeelöffel. Aber die Lage hat darüber hinweg sehen lassen :). Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Eine Woche Urlaub Erholung pur

Ruhige Lage im Ort, dennoch keine 100 m bis zum Strand. Wohnung zwar nicht sehr groß, aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster, muss man mögen, dafür sehr kuschelig. Schönes geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Couch. Sehr angenehm. Jeoch für Familien mit 1 oder 2 Kindern eher zu klein. Wir würden wiederkommen. Vermisse jetzt schon die Ostsee.

Schöne Wohnung in Toplage

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung mt allem was man braucht. Nette Vermieter, gute Kommunikation. Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster über 3 Stufen erreichbar mit 1,40x2,00m Bett, aber haben sehr gut geschlafen. Sehr ruhige Lage und 2 Strände in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür an der Terrasse. Werden gerne wiederkommen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir waren im Sommer sechs Tage mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Siebenjährigen zu Gast. Unsere Auswahl fiel auf diese FeWo, da bereits viele Annehmlichkeiten vor Ort sind (Seife, Spültabs, Klopapier, Zewa, etc.). Zudem haben wir noch Handtücher und Bettwäsche gegen Aufpreis geliehen. Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung ist etwas beengt, dafür hat man dann sein Auto direkt vor der Haustür stehen. Bei der Ankunft war alles für uns bereit: Das Bett war bezogen, die Handtücher lagen parat. Es hieß nur noch ankommen und loslegen. Gefühlt hatten wir mehr Platz als auf den Fotos vermutet. Die Möbel standen teils etwas anders als auf den Bildern oder wurden erneuert, dies störte uns jedoch nicht. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Wriedt war unproblematisch und auf schriftliche Anfragen (z.B. neues Zewa) wurde eingegangen und man erhielt die Sachen kontaktlos innerhalb eines angemessenen Zeitraums. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Heikendorf :)

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die süße kleine Wohnung war sauber, genug Schlafplätze, kleine Küche, separate Dusche und WC. Bis zum Strand ca. 3 Gehminuten. Mit dem Wetter hatten wir auch noch Glück gehabt. Der Gastgeber war ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Alles in einem ein wirklich toller Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Lage der Wohnung super nah am Wasser. Wohnung in Ordnung,wenn man keine Ansprüche hat. Bad war super klein und keine Fenster im Bad,WC und Schlafzimmer zum Lüften vorhanden. Terrasse war mangelhaft, nicht einladend zum Sitzen. Blumenkübel mit vertrockneten Gräsern.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Ich habe einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Heikendorf genossen. Der Ort verfügt über einen großen und mehrere kleinere Strände mit einem malerischen Hafen. Er ist durch Busse und Fährverkehr gut an die umliegenden Orte sowie Kiel angebunden.Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die wichtigsten Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs zu erwerben. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Schöne Lage

Nur ein paar Meter zum Meer. Es gab nichts negatives.. Hätte nur ein paar Grad wärmer sein dürfen. Schöne Promenade in Heikendorf und mit dem Schiff zB Kiel und Strande gut zu erreichen, oder ein Fussmarsch nach Laboe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und Umgebung.

Für einen Kurztrip völlig in Ordnung

Ich hatte die Unterkunft ursprünglich für meinen Partner und seinen Sohn gebucht. Ich hatte mich spontan entschieden, den beiden Gesellschaft zu leisten, was problemlos möglich war. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, jedoch war es für uns nicht optimal, dass das Schlafzimmer (mit abgeschlossener Verbindungstür und Reinigungsutensilien hinter dem Bett) kein Fenster hatte, es war leider recht stickig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt durchaus zu empfehlen.

Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden. Super süße kleine nett eingerichtete Wohnung. Ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene , plus Kind unser ist 4 Jahre alt gewesen . Toller Ort nur zu empfehlen.

Unterkunft in Heikendorf

Die Ferienwohnung ist, wie inseriert, klein und gemütlich, recht kühl,also bei heißen Tagen perfekt. Wir sind mit unserer 16 Monate alten Tochter angereist. Für eine Woche war die Größe der Wohnung ok, eine weitere Woche wäre es mir zu eng geworden. Das Wetter war in dem Zeitraum durchwachsen, viele Möglichkeiten bei schlecht Wetter gibt es in Heikendorf leider nicht… Der Strand ist gepflegt und bietet aufgrund der Breite, Ausweichmöglichkeiten, wenn Abstand gewünscht ist
