“Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! ”

“Lovely B and B in a stately, historic house. Marsha is an excellent host. The food is excellent and most comes from their working farm or other WV farms. The surrounding property is beautiful. My room was spacious and comfortable.”

“This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here...
