this house is .4 of a mile from the Seneca Rocks visitor center. The covered patio and living room have an amazing view of Seneca Rocks. Seneca Creek wanders by at the bottom of the hill with native trout fishing. The tranquility of this property is worth the trip.

Perfect Place!
We will definitely stay here again! This host thought of everything you might need while you stay here! It was clean and cozy and quiet! It actually was my favorite VRBO stay to date! You will not regret staying here. I promise :)

Two-night family hiking trip
This was the most fully-equipped home ever encountered and the photo does not do it justice! Our family of 5 (Grandma, parents, and 12 and 13 yr. old) were especially taken by the huge patio, with large table, sofas, sun chairs and two kinds of grills. The kids chose to sleep in the finished basement, on two futons and their own tv. View of Seneca Rocks was spectacular. Countless blankets available, as well as kitchen utensils, condiments, even coffee. Close to small town with basic stores. Great place! Thank you!

Great place to stay if you are going to be in the Seneca Rocks area. Close to a couple stores and a restaurant. Very clean with a great view of the rocks and the Blackstone was great for preparing breakfast for the family. Thank you

nice get away to celebrate 29 years - some hiking and exploring and wonderful dinners prepared on the new blackstone grill. The views are spectacular..... and the place is pretty sweet too!!!

Wonderful Weekend Retreat
The house was tidy, clean, and well maintained. Fun and whimsical decor. The view of the Seneca Rocks from the living room and patio was amazing!!! The road up to the house is a gravel road that is well maintained; there is a short wood slated bridge at the start of the road that initially is unexpected but was very sturdy and safe to drive on….so nothing to worry about. We had an absolutely lovely stay here and would happily return in the future!

Lovely time working remotely with a great view
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here in Seneca Rocks! We really loved it and wish we could have stayed longer and considering when we can come back. It was a remote working trip for us (2 adults and a small dog) and the WiFi was plenty strong enough for 2 people working including video meetings, etc... There is no cell service in the area so be sure to copy down the door key code or you have to drive back to the general store for the free WiFi to get the code. :-) Very peaceful home and area with a wonderful large backyard that we could walk the dog safely and have him run around without a busy road or traffic nearby. Inside the home was clean, organized and fully appointed with lots of nice little touches which made us feel very comfortable. Not much to do in the area which we fine for us and being able to see the Seneca Rocks from the living room every day was glorious!!! We hiked out there on the trail one day which was also really nice. If you have special needs plan ahead and bring stuff with you since while the general store has most normal daily things you'd need, it's the only option in the area for shopping. Very kind of our host also...we forgot something there and had to come back a few days later and Danita worked with us to arrange that pick up which we are super grateful for! Thanks for being great and sharing your home with us for this wonderful stay! :-)

Great house with a view
The house is larger than it looks on the website. It was super clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and had the weather been better, we would have loved sitting on the deck or building a bonfire. Thank you!

Wonderful home in a great location with incredible views of Seneca Rocks
This home is perfect for a family vacation in a great location with unbeatable views. The yard is nice and big along the creek. We loved the covered porch as well. The only thing that would make this home more perfect would be a fenced in yard or even a fenced in area on the covered porch, other than that it is perfect. Thank you!

Far flung friends get together
Beautiful property packed full of all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It is clear the owners definitely care about giving guests a great experience. The attention to details like extra toothbrushes and little jars of homemade jam to name a few are everywhere. Highly recommend this property and look forward to going back

The home is superb. The kitchen is well stock with everything you may need. The views from the living room was spectacular. We had plans to stay at this home in May. Due to last minute surgery we had to change dates. The hostes was very understanding & made the changes very easy. We have stayed in several VRBO homes. This home was outstanding one of our favorites. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Cozy and scenic stay
Our friend group visited the area to try out the Nelson Rocks via ferrata. We had a wonderful time at your beautiful mountain home! We absolutely loved spending time on the large patio with amazing views of Seneca. Host was communicative and provided helpful instructions throughout the house and in the guide book. The house was cozy for our group of 6, but the property was quite large and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! Beds were comfortable. The zero gravity Lazy Boy deserves a special shoutout because it was so comfortable! We enjoyed the black stone grill and wished we had more time to use the fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked. Just note that the restaurants and grocery stores are a bit far (20-30 mins) and that there isn’t much cell service in the area, but totally ok if you are aware and plan ahead!

This house was super clean and had all of the conveniences of home. And the view from the outdoor patio can't get any better! The only item I could have used that was not available was an iron and ironing board for a couple very wrinkled items in my luggage but I would definitely stay here again!

Our Favorite VRBO
This is our second stay at this amazing property. I’ve booked 15 VRBOs and this one is superior. The location, decor, cleanliness, amenities, the hosts and the View are the BEST!!! You can sit on the deck and gaze at Seneca Rocks while a bubbling stream flows past you. This place is enormous! Three upstairs squeaky clean bedrooms and a laundry/game area/ bedroom downstairs. Seneca Rocks visitor center and the trailhead is 5 minutes away. The General Store is within walking distance. If you can book this one do it!!

The cabin is clean, quite, and has a great view. We did have a little problem finding the place, as we did not have cell service complicating navigation. The little general store in Seneca Rocks helped us with directions and was only about 1/4 mile down the road. You can get pizza's and other hot food there as well.

We can’t say enough about this property! The views of Seneca Rocks from the living room and the beautiful covered outdoor patio, to the firepit overlooking a creek, this house is the best VRBO we have stayed at. Fantastic location in Seneca Rocks
The view off the deck is spectacular, you can see Seneca Rock. The cabin is also so clean and modern, we had a very comfortable stay. Would absolutely book this cabin again.
