“The location was ideal! Close to everything we needed and wanted to do while in Thomas. We loved the layout of the tiny home- the shower was great!! We will return- hopefully during the fall.”

“Great spot, very cool cabin! Convenient to many great locations: Dolly Sods, Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob etc. Only downside was that the neighbors down the road are a little loud. The gravel road in got a bit washed out in the storm, so 4WD is recommended”

“Overall impression of Voyager Rest is there's no other place like it! This was our 2nd stay. We originally came with only a few family members a couple yrs ago and knew we wanted to bring the rest of our family for a future visit. We finally made that happen! This unique location is still a family favorite! We've been visiting the area for over 30 yrs. Jim's place is full of so much charm & peace it feels like a home away from home. The few days we were here we adventured to Dolly Sods for a day……

“My dog and I really enjoyed our stay. Place was well equipped and clean. Holly especially liked the goats and vice verse. Had great communication with Tyler through out. Starlink was flawless. Beautiful area. Would definitely stay there again.”

“This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here……

“This was definitely an experience very relax and a comfortable atmosphere the kids loved the games and toys that were included. I absolutely enjoyed cooking in a spacious kitchen. I appreciated how Veronica wrote in detail In the welcome booklet what was around the town restaurants, waterfalls, outdoor activities. This was definitely a trip far from home but worth it. Thank you for opening your home for us to experience the beautiful nature of West Virginia.”
