“Really nice apartment in a good location, super clean, well equipped and great WiFi.
Parking allocation is a bit of a faff along with first time entry, ideally they need to allow you to book parking along with the room.
It's the fifth time I've stayed, so they are doing something right 👍”

Easy check in, provided good food and taxi recommendations. 5 min walk from the beach, 20 mins walk to Brighton - lots of nice food and drink spots around. “The property is lovely, like a good hotel suite. It was spotlessly clean and there were lots of clean towels. Lots of plug sockets and a good size mirror. The downside was the shower was lukewarm and we couldn't increase the temperature. Also, the communication wasn't great. There was no info about where to collect or leave the key. Nor was there any acknowledgement when we sent details of our arrival time. A coffee machine would have been nice. ”

"I was actually very pleased with this hotel overall. The room was clean, the location was excellent, and the beautiful coastal views were a real highlight. The underground car park was also very convenient, with a lift providing direct access to the hotel. However, when my family was leaving, our car battery suddenly went flat. We asked the hotel reception for help, but unfortunately, the staff appeared rather cold and unhelpful. I really hope this was not simply because we had already checked out, as we were left feeling quite helpless. In the end, we had to ask other guests if anyone had a battery charger. Surprisingly, the other guests were much more willing to help us, and we were very grateful for their kindness. Unfortunately, we still had to call the AA for assistance. I understand that the hotel was not responsible for helping us with our car. However, as most guests arrive by car, I feel that having some basic equipment for dealing with common car problems would be a thoughtful and considerate service. It was a disappointing experience after an otherwise very enjoyable stay."
