"The beds are good. The street is calm. The staff is nice and speaks english atop of german. The Phantasia Land shuttle is near. The parking (10 euros per night) is not far, but is a bit difficult with 5 meters cars. "This place is a private house converted into guest rooms, including the cellar. My room was in the cellar. It didn't have a window, only a skylight with a grate across. It was dark and one morning there was a slug crawling on the floor. The bed didn't have a proper mattress or bedding. On top of the bed was a foam topper, on top of that a day blanket and a cover blanket that I don't think were clean. The front door has a key code, but the door was left open most of the time by the other guests. The doors to the rooms are just ordinary doors with flimsy locks - I didn't feel that the place was secure or safe. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. "
