"The property is in the middle of all the destination I was planning on going. There is a nearby grocery store, pharmacy, etc. for basic needs as well. Property itself is clean and comfortable personally, and staff are friendly as well. I don't think there is AC however I checked in sometime in September hence leaving the window slightly open worked well for me, and I was out the whole day anyways. "

We were very impressed by the grandeur of the interior and tge room was very spacious and comfortable . Unfortunately tge pool was extremely small ( more of a plunge pool ) not suited to providing me with my daily swimming exercise routine which required a length of 25m."

"We arrived early and were told our room would be ready by 1:00 PM. When we returned, there was a technical issue with the door, and unfortunately after about two hours the problem still could not be fixed. The wait and back-and-forth were frustrating, but I do want to give credit to the staff for how hard they tried to help. They kept us informed, made sure we were comfortable, and ultimately offered to move us to a sister hotel with a cathedral view. While the experience was inconvenient, I appreciated their professionalism and genuine effort to resolve the situation."
