The view from the room was amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend. Location was excellent.

When we got to the hotel, we pre-checked almost 3 hours early. They took my number down & they’d send a text if the room was ready earlier than 4pm. I got a text at 3:00 stating it was ready. We walked back from having lunch & were told our room was NOT ready, they had sent us the wrong text & offered us “complimentary drinks” as an apology. LOL the hotel was doing complimentary drinks for all guests from 3pm to 7pm anyways. We did get our convenience fee waived, but never got a text our room was ready. I went downstairs from the rooftop, we were tired & already feeling our drinks. they were able to give us a room at 5:30. an hour & a half after original check in & 2 hours after the original text. Elana was super nice throughout & apologetic, but I just wanted to rest & I definitely feel like it was a little bit inconvenient. They allowed us to have a late check out because of everything as well. I’d stay here again & hope the same mistake doesn’t happen twice. The room was nice & very clean, the vanity was a little rundown & had chips in it. But all the other furniture was good. We were advised to do the self-park on the side of the building for a 1 night stay. it came out $20 less than the Valet for overnight.
