Adorable Cape Cod on Lake Ontario Waterfront

Relax with breathtaking views of the lake in this charming house located in the apple country of upstate New York.

Enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, or kayaking during the summer.

Winter time activities can include snowshoeing on nearby trails, snuggling up with hot cocoa by the roaring fire in the wood burning stove, or ice fishing on Braddock Bay or other nearby ponds.

Feel free to cook at home with our fully stocked kitchen, or you can take advantage of numerous local restaurants, breweries and cideries.

Located a short 20 minute drive from downtown Rochester with lots of attractions including theatres, museums, art galleries, and shopping.

*Water access is seasonal, as we remove the stairs over the winter months to reduce damage.

Love!!
The property was absolutely amazing!! It actually snowed while we were there and we built a snowman. The view is spectacular. I would definitely stay here again. I bet it's even better in the warmer months.

3 night Lake Ontario Stay
My first time ever staying at a VRBO property, and it was excellent. Exactly what we were looking for - cozy and inviting home decor. Loved hearing the waves every night as we went to sleep. My 8 year old loved the telescope, and looking to the horizon with it. Plenty of space for a family stay. Good sized backyard right on the lake. House was immaculate! Perfect stay!

Loved just watching the lake from the comfort of the couch. House was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had dinner down the street at The Dakota and enjoyed it. This house was the perfect balance of away from it all but close enough to restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. The property location was great with amazing views of the lake and falling asleep to crashing waves. The house was decorated very nicely and had nice extras like a shuffle board, fire pit and outdoor furniture. We would definitely recommend this property and will probably visit again.

Great stay on Lake Ontario
This was a great place to stay while back home to visit family. Right on Lake Ontario which was a bit choppy the first few days but allowed us to get in and swim the last day. The best part about our stay was the owner who allowed us to get in early on the first day which really helped us get settled before the busy weekend.

We had a great rime staying here! The cottage was beautiful and perfect for whay we needed. Very convenient! We kayaked and swam and had so much fun. Also the house is just 15 min or less to several beaches as well as downtown greece for shopping and dinning. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Lake House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The view of the lake is amazing. The location is perfect for visiting Rochester or the parks and beaches along Lake Ontario. The house was perfect for our needs. It is very clean and comfortable with lots of space and the kitchen is well stocked. We used the firepit a few times for a relaxing evening overlooking the lake. We hope to return some day and highly recommend this cottage.

Stay for our wedding
We rented this house for the weekend of our wedding since it was close by to the venue. It was just perfect! My bridesmaids stayed with me Friday night, we got ready Saturday there and then after the wedding my husband and I stayed there again. Also, the pictures are absolutely beautiful with the water in the background! The owners were very nice and accommodating.

Ontario Gem
I drove in from Cleveland and stopped at Niagara Falls on the way here. The house is absolutely beautiful, very homey and up to date with a nice beachy vibe. There is a nice little beach out front with firm sand that is great for swimming. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves each nights and watching the sunset. The house is in a quiet cozy community with a nearby quaint village for groceries and eating out. Rochester is only 20 minutes away if you want to get out and visit the zoo or High Falls. A great vacation destination without being too touristy, I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and beautiful place to stay.

Lovely Spot on Lake Ontario
We stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed it! The house is comfortable and spacious - especially for just 2 of us. We loved the large couch in the sun room overlooking the water. A deck or patio in the back would be great as the grass where the patio furniture is located is a little rustic, but we still enjoyed sitting out every day. There is lots of room to play lawn games and the water access was ok too! The surrounding area is great with many attractions, walking trails, beaches, wineries, restaurants and breweries all within a short drive. We would come back again!!

Excellent! Great space and location.
Grad gift for son and his 2 friends. Can't say enough about location. Direct access to shallow sandy bottom water, simple, quiet neighborhood. House was spotless and properly equipped. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Not only do I recommend but i will likely return, which would be a first for me with rental houses.

Wonderful getaway!
We loved our two nights in this picturesque property! The views of the lake were incredible, especially seeing the sun set over the lake in the evening. The cottage was clean, nicely decorated, and cozy. Our toddler scared us a few times on the open stairs (no railing) but she was fine. We loved our stay.

Perfect Get Away
Everything was WONDERFUL! The property owner was very accommodating, she went out of her way to ensure we had the best possible experience. The home has everything you could possibly need. We will most definitely return to this property should we get to this area again. The view and sunset were spectacular, we even had a swan swimming right along the edge of the lake. This was an excellent experience and we would highly recommend staying here.
