"very comfortable place to stay, staff was very accommodating, liked the Christmas decorations around the entry."

"This was a very nice stay. The cabin was just right for two adults and two dogs. Just a heads up for future stays, the couch is leather so if you bring a dog make sure to have a blanket for the couch. We used our pet blanket to protect the leather, but other then that it was a nice stay, with curious Alpaca neighbors. We would definitely stay again. "

"Angela was great to work with. Kids ( and Adults) had so much fun in the rec room! Thanksgiving meal with family and most of the cooking items were there. We brought tin foil pans cuz we had a big meal. 8 adults and 3 little kids and they're was so much space. Did a great walk outside in the new snow. Looking into going back this summer!!"

"The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet! The staff were all very friendly, polite and very helpful. We travel to Detroit Lakes a lot and we love to stay at the Fairview whenever we can. It’s right across from one of the lakes there and there are several restaurants within walking distance. "

"Everything was brand new. It even smelled new. The only issues we had were... 1. The television reception was not good at all. Could not watch anything because every few seconds the screen would become pixilated and stall. 2. The pillows are great for those who love big fluffy pillows but a second option would have been nice. Outside of their control was loud music playing from somewhere until about midnight. There was no staff on site so hard to complain. We will stay there again!! Just bring your own pillow. "
