The staff were incredibly friendly, always saying hello in passing, and couldn't do enough to help. Reception even loaned us a European plug adaptor at no charge after we forgot ours. The room was clean and large. We upgraded to include access to the Executive Lounge, which is highly recommended - a bargain - and offers a great aerial view of the city. A beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay here again

The rooms were exceptionally clean. I love that you had walk-in showers. The temperature of the room was comfortable. Some nice treats were included -- Free water daily, macaroons one night. Olga at the front desk was particularly helpful.

Great location, lovely spacious room. Beautifully clean and great staff (helpful,polite, professional and offered us a drink on arrival taken up to our room which was very welcoming!). Would thoroughly recommend.

My stay at the Fairmont Prague was exceptional from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at check-in, which set a great tone for the whole visit. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently attentive, and I’d especially like to highlight the excellent turndown service from housekeeping, a small detail that truly elevated the experience. The room itself was top quality, featuring modern, high-tech amenities that made the stay both comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was generous, with an abundance of options to suit every taste. What really stood out to me, though, were the spa, pool, and gym facilities. They were genuinely impressive, spacious, beautifully maintained, and clearly designed to a very high standard. If I were being extremely picky, I’d say the spa/pool area could use a few more loungers, as they tended to fill up quickly. Overall, an outstanding stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Fairmont Prague to anyone visiting the city.

The Pytloun is well located on Wenceslas square - bit more like a "boulevard" than a square! A central area of town with the main National museum at one end of the square, and it is a wide street, lined with shops, but called Wenceslas Square - So great central location just in the new town, but on the edge of the "Old Town" The hotel building itself is old, but inside is all refurbished and smart with comfy beds, good amenities and delicious food - see the photo on Expedia site. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would certainly go back and be happy to recommend
