The property also offers a fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious living/dining area, 3 bathrooms, 2 covered decks, heat/ac, a washer/dryer and extra yard space just waiting for fun and games! The best feature of this property is its’ location to everything in the heart of Surf City! Walk 1/2 block to beach access #16 and only 2-3 blocks to shops, restaurants and a grocery store!
