Quiet location; comfy bed; clean lobby & room; yummy breakfast!

We had the worst night sleep, our room #320 right behind the elevator; there were the knocking sounds all night every 10-15 minutes that kept us up all night. The desk lamp was broken and the room’s lock did not close automatically you need to push or pull very hard to lock depending if you inside or outside. The shower drain not very well. The bed was itchy but I do not see any bugs. We always shower before bed too. Breakfast was ok, only self-made waffle, some bananas, apples & tangerine, juice & coffee that were good. Egg pancakes was too well done, sausage, biscuits & gravy, instant oatmeal, milk and yogurt, etc.
