Rooms need updating — the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor even when it was completely closed. Mattresses were not great. They did have great a/c and a nice lobby area but it is definitely not worth what they charge.

Hotel Indigo Tuscaloosa Downtown by IHG
No hot water, no refills of soaps, shampoo pr conditioner or anything, no refills of towels. Garbage littered all over the premise especially outside the entrance to building on the reserve part.

Conveniently Located 2B/2BA Very Close to University of Alabama Campus
Host was very welcoming and was also very responsive with communication. The place itself is in such a great location for everything Alabama.
