Enjoyed complimentary breakfast. Easy to get from parking lot to elevators. Rooms were clean but mattress a little staff in the middle with sagging on one end when sitting. Overall, great amenities for the price.
The young woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful

The surrounding neighborhoods are industrial but it’s VERY convenient to the airport and only 30 minutes from Waikiki if there is no traffic

It was an unpleasant experience from BW The Plaza HNL location. Staff incompetence and poor customer service skills; noisy surroundings. Oahu is such an amazing island and does NOT deserve a property and the kind of customer services from this exact hotel.

No breakfast as stated until after 7 am. No where to drink or have a light meal within the facility. Went hungry and thirsty as no milk or tea in room. Disappointing

Parking was a huge factor for me and I was very happy that this stay would have parking available. However, paying for the parking was disappointing but not a deal breaker

It was close to the airport and the #20 bus runs from the ship terminal #2 all the way to the airport which was very convenient.

I loved everything! The pool was open, the bed was cozy, a lot has went into making sure I felt welcomed, breakfast was delicious and the staff were great!!
