“The room was dirty, the TV remote was sticky, the bathroom had pubic hair on the toilet seat and on the shower floor, the towels were far from soft and there was a two inch gap at the bottom of the door which made the noise level loud in the room and hard to sleep because of the light that came through the whole door because it had no door seal. The restaurant food was terrible and the service/server was lacking. We were one of 3 tables at the restaurant around 4pm and the server only checked on……

“Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean when I arrived, which made me uncomfortable from the beginning. The air conditioning was also not working properly, making the room uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in. For the price we paid, I expected a much cleaner room and better-maintained facilities. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements……
