We had a lovely stay. Hotel was spotless. Downside we had to pay £58 for parking plus a taxi to and from the hotel to collect car. Hotel should advise visitors of other closer car parks. We stayed in a twin room. It was very dark, and the bathroom was quite small. We did not even have a place to hang the hand towel. Room service was quick, but the restaurant was quite slow. Great location!

Easy check in and out. Staff were friendly. Excellent location. Great for 4 to 6 people . Sofa bed was not the comfiest. Beware, parking nearby costs quite a lot for the day which we didn't expect. Overall, we would stay again as it's in the perfect location for a visit to York.
