"This is a newer hotel not fully opened yet. The staff though was amazing for all my needs. It was easy to take a car to go to all places. It was not far from the Charminar. The food wwws delicious and plenty. If I were to visit Hyderabad again, I’d come back! "

"There are a lot of plus points of staying at this hotel. First, the location. The property is located in front of the Lakdi-ka-pul metro station. All the outstation buses as well as the bus to Ramoji Film City is at the hotel’s doorstep. Second, good food. Our package included morning breakfast and they have a variety of options to choose from. We stayed there for 5 days and were never bored of the food. Third, cleanliness. The rooms were super clean, and the housekeeping staff ensures that they do this on a daily basis without you having to request for it. Fourth, service. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. If you need help with directions, shopping, travel, they are always ready to help. They even helped us change our room in 15 minutes since we were unhappy with the first room they had provided.
Lastly, it is conveniently located at walkable distance from attractions and restaurants like Birla Temple, Cafe Niloufer, Shah Ghouse, etc.
We had an amazing overall experience and never felt unsafe at any point during our stay in Hyderabad.

"Towels were clearly used and not washed. Just folded to look good. Same with comforter and pillows. Could also see various stains on towels, comforter and pillow.
However main issue was the cockroaches. Dead cockroach under bathroom sink had not been cleaned up. Another live cockroach was running around in bathroom.
I would recommed skipping this hotel. The pictures dont live up to reality. "

"The staff was very cordial. Went out of the way to help. Free Breakfast was an excellent add on. Rooms weren’t top notch quality, typical OYO rooms. Overall stay was pleasent."
"Easy, quick check in. Clean and comfortable. Modern decor. Plenty of hot water. Large King bed. Extra pillow and towels were provided as soon as I asked. Girl and chap on reception were very obliging, delivering our breakfast at the time we asked for and a lovely fruit platter was provided, cornflakes with cold milk and hot milk coffee. Had a very enjoyable stay.😁
