"Better than expected in most areas. Room was clean, comfortable and not the usual shabby decor expected. The only downside was the breakfast... the included breakfast was tea or coffee and dry bread with no spread, and nothing else... this needs to improve!"

The staff are not trustworthy as they initially denied any relationships with the booking agency I used, including the payment I made until I shiwed them the receipt. I paid for extra breakfast but that was denied me by the hotel staff. The standard rate with breakfast for the room type I chosewasN18,000.00 but I paid $42.90 which was about N21600 when converted to naira, but was still denied the 2nd...

I went downstairs to prove that I already paid through online and had showed him the booking confirmation number. He saw it but kept insisting that his Manager said he hadn’t received an alert. I couldn’t access my email to show detailed receipt because their property had no WiFi access. I then had to pay again in local currency and told the clerk that I would leave to go home and if while at home I access my bank account and and see that I had infact paid in full, that his manager had better refund my money.
True enough, when I was able to access my email, all my prepayment receipts were there.
I forwarded this information to the Manager via his WhatsApp account ( the clerk had assured me that they have a refund process) but the manager has refused to respond to my messages, even though he read them. I am still in this city and I plan to go there physically to speak to someone in charge who is above the manager. This whole thing is extremely frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

Expedia offering £35 compensation for the inconvenience, Vinpy taking full payment. At this moment, no refunds yet from Expedia. Their advert for complimentary breakfast is false, they insist that means breakfast for One, despite room booked for two. Breakfast often cold and unattended. Also all inclusive advert is false. Nothing of the sort. DO NOT BOOK. "
