Conveniently located, at a walking distance from El Prado, shopping, dining and local markets. Excellent neighbourhood. The hotel is quiet and the staff very helpful. The room is pleasantly decorated and impeccable! Very safe place that would recommend to anyone including inexperienced travelers. Last but not least, very affordable for such a great neighbourhood!

The property is very modern and centrally located. The views of Gran Via from the rooms are very nice and the hotel has a restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive with any questions/needs. The only dislike was that the room were vert tight and small, but appreciated the larger bathroom.
