Dann bekam ich ein falsches Zimmer, nicht jenes welches ich von der Farbe her gebucht hatte.
Im Zimmer angekommen ging dann die Tür nicht richtig zu, es bleibt ein großer Spalt offen. Wenn man versucht die Tür zuzuziehen von innen, dann kommt einem der Türgriff entgegen.
Zimmer stinkt und war dreckig, waren fremde Haare im Zimmer, z.B. an den Halterungen im Bad.

The room was clean and fairly quite, the pool and steam sauna were nice, the mountains view was gorgeous, breakfast and dinner were delicious. "Very accomodating staff. Problem is that the windows go to the street AND the restaurant which is highly active (music and party active) on weekends, and the rooms have no AC. So you will literally be either sweating to death or cannot sleep because of the noise. Hence avoid between June and September. Otherwise you are good!"
"Again, a great stay in what i consider to be a great hotel. Its ideal for my business travel, because the offices are a 5 minute walk. Travel to the city centre is maybe 30 minutes. If there is a downside, its outskirts location and huge car park mean its popular with coach parties so breakfast can be busy"

The cabin is fully equipped and feels just like home.
The lake and mountains across from it are some of the most stunning we've seen.

"It was a lovely stay- nice and clean.
The only (small) downfalls were:
1) The batteries in the remote control ran out after the first day but we couldn’t open the back because it needed a little screw driver! Maybe it’s an idea to keep a set there?!
2) All the windows, except one little one, had curtains/a blind, which was annoying because there was a lack of privacy when the other guests were walking past, especially when moving between the bedroom and bathroom!
3) There was no oven tray.
4) They could have left a few more Tassimo pods!"
"The property is stunning but the service and overall staff professionalism is very lacking. When we checked in the front desk attendant did not open the door or help with luggage as he saw us struggling to get through the door and there was no offer to help. He simply asked us to fill out a form and gave us 1 key. No welcome, no explanation of the 600-acre property or what was on site. No hours given for the restaurant or spa so we had to come back and get all of that information. Very odd first impression of the property.
Throughout the stay, we had to continue asking for things like robes or for the steam/sauna to be turned on (even though the spa hours are 7am-10pm, apparently those treatment rooms are only turned on from 4pm-10pm which seems odd). Also, no one services the spa all day so at one point there were no more towels (and we again had to go back to the front desk and ask for towels). "
