It's about 10 min walking from the train station and you have to walk to Ueno park about 10 min too. You have a Lawson in the corner and a small 7-Eleven crossing the street, not much more. We had the family room and it was enough space, I wouldn't call it spacious. The room had microwave, refrigerator and even a range. "Our first trip to Tokyo and it was amazing. The hotel is centrally located to everything you could think of needing - restaurants, fast food, grocery and clothing stores, like H&M. 20 minute beautiful walk to the Shin Urayasu rail station. And an Amazing park directly across from the hotel. They have bikes for guest to use, Breakfast- amazing, staff-amazing. If I could give a ten star rating I would. If you're thinking of booking this hotel, do it, you wont be disappointed."
