Everything was great! Loved the spacious room! There is a deck on the 2nd floor right by my room which overlooked Charles St. It was very close to the French Quarter. The only thing I didn't account for was parking. Valet parking is $50 per night.

It feels less like checking into a hotel and more like stepping into a beautifully preserved chapter of the city itself. The architecture and design strike a remarkable balance between sophistication and soul. Nothing feels sterile or overly polished. Instead, there is texture, character, and a sense that the building has stories of its own. The details invite you to slow down and actually look around. And that is perhaps what I appreciated most. Hotel New Orleans doesn’t simply accommodate you. It gives you an atmosphere to inhabit. After spending time wandering through the city, returning to the hotel felt like stepping back into a quieter world. There is something wonderfully cinematic about it, especially in the evening when New Orleans begins to take on that particular glow that makes the city feel almost dreamlike. The experience is elevated by the hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever making the experience feel formal or forced. Those little moments of thoughtful service are what transform a beautiful property very memorable.

The room, house and gardens were beautiful. The location is great to walk to music and restaurants. Communication from management was slow (no one is on site). There was a mixup with our access code and parking. We parked on the street and had no issues.
