"We only had a few hours to spend here we arrived at 11:00 at night and left at 8:00am but we woke up to the beautiful sound of cow Bell's from grazing Cow's behind the chalet. However that was just the beginning... opening the door to look out at the mountain view took my breath away. The only complaint I have is that I didn't have more time to spend here."

"The apartment is clean and comfortable. It is warm inside. Overall it was a nice stay. A couple of thingt I would have found useful when booking: Beds very comfy and not squeaky. Good sleep. Kitchen is very small, dishwasher is small too. Half the normal size. Though all the necessary utensils are there. Coffee machine is a capsule (Nespresso) machine. "Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
