Another convenient addition to the house is a fully equipped laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer.

The property's amazing internal aspects are further enhanced by a lovely outdoor alfresco and extended courtyard area complete with barbeque and outdoor seating. The ideal space for enjoying balmy summer evenings. Oh and you cannot miss the 9ft pool table, within the garage!
