At first, the property is underwhelming. However, the rooms were clean and charming.

The hotel is good but the furniture needs upgrade and the lizards everywhere in the room

We had a fantastic stay overall. Some services like the spa and the restaurants could have offered a better experience considering the property is a 5 star, but the staff made up for everything. Amazing people. Also the beach was great and dining with your feet in the sand is priceless. Thank you for everything

The location is good close to Senggigi Beach and other popular beaches. The restaurant and breakfast are good. But the condition of the property is below what I was expecting. The lights in the room half working, the sliding window to the private pool not fully closing letting bugs come through, the plugs in the room half way screwed into the walls, the walls showing signs of humidity everywhere.... A bit of repairs needed for this hotel.
