I had Room 307. The bathroom lights were dim with one of the lights not working at all. The shower head was old and crusty from sediments. The sink had to be unblocked. The seat at the desk was broken. The Pole lamp nearby leaned over and was not stable. There was mold around the baseboard around the AC unit. Bed was clean.

The elevators beep LOUDLY every time they move one floor. You can hear the beeping at every floor all day and all night. Our room was pretty far down the hallway, away from the elevators. I can’t imagine how loud and annoying the beeps must have been in the rooms right near the elevators.

Arrived in the evening and immediately did not feel safe w some of the guests walking around. The African American front desk woman had an attitude as it seems I was an inconvenience yet she was all smiles w the African American guest after. Bathroom in room had mold in the toilet, floors were dirty, elevator was dirty. Loud beeping going off all night as well outside my room If you are a single female, I do not recommend this place at all. Other guests look like they came straight from prison

The door of bathroom is noisy to open . The A.C in our room 226 does get warmer during days time and it is not totally cold even at night. So far, the bed is good, comfy. A bit nosy neighbors. The door needs more safety lock.

I hesitate to write this review because we always get such a great deal here and I feel like it is overlooked because of the hotels nearby. The building is a little older but the rooms have been remodeled and everything has always been clean. The only downside is sometimes the elevators take a few minutes, but if you are getting a room so you have somewhere to sleep and aren’t looking to hang out at the hotel all day, it is nice. We visit family and the location is a quick drive to their house. With the price and easy access it is perfect for a quick visit once or twice a year.

It was a busy time when we checked in and the 2 front desk representatives were busy helping customers. The one who checked us in did not look or act professionally. She had side comments for everything with everyone she helped. The bathtub was dirty and had hairs from previous occupant. The walls are so thin you can hear the tv from the next room. During the night, I had to put towels under the door to keep the smell of smoked weed out. The beds and pillows are comfortable though. And the Red Gill diner next door is great.

Hotel room was disgusting we were supposed to stay 3 days because of appointments at Mayo Clinic. First night fighting in hall had to call front desk. Bathroom faucet only had small stream the floor was disgusting I took pictures if anyone wants to view. When I got home there was a cockroach in my purse. This place needs a deep cleaning. I have owned rentals for 30 years and there is absolutely no need for places to be this disgusting.
