There was a transition strip between the entry and the main flooring that was raised and it almost made us fall more than once. Very difficult to get a wheelchair over.
There were no glasses in the room for water and when the bath towels were replaced they did not include wash cloths.
We were told if we were there more than 4 days the bedding would be changed. On the second day the bedding was changed which makes us wonder if we were sleeping on dirty bedding from day one. Day 4 bedding was it changed.
When The elevators stopped and started it felt like an earthquake, very rough. It was so bad a feeble adult or small child could easily fall.
