"We stayed in Cognac for a few days and when I the booked this place it looked perfect but upon arrival there were some issues that prevented a 5 star review:The good: great location, quiet area. Kitchen was well appointed, the bed was comfortable plus having a hot tub after a 9 hour drive was great.Needs improvement: the shower and sink area is open to the room offering no privacy. There were only sheer window coverings that allowed anyone to look in, if there had been instructions on how to use...

Everything was clean and seemed to be brand new and had what we needed. Communication was great prior to check in and also during our stay. "Nous avons passé deux semaines sur Jonzac pour suivre une cure d'une semaine. Cet appartement est magnifique et confortable. Le cadre est sympathique, pas de vis à vis, et c'est très calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Florence. Nous avons prévu de revenir l'année prochaine !!! En bref, un petit havre de paix !"
