Behind its walls and the tall eucalyptus trees, this very comfortable contemporary house is the perfect address for those who love tranquility and the seaside. The house is located on the verdant plateau overlooking the seaside resort of Jullouville and its large sandy beach. 700m further on, a viewpoint overlooking the resort and the sea offers a magnificent panoramic view. From there, it is possible to walk or cycle down the hillside and reach the town center or the beach. On the other side, the Valley of the Painters is one of the region's renowned hiking trails. With its private swimming pool and large, light-filled living room, this spacious villa allows friends or two families to relax and recharge! A native of the village, Eric is the perfect ambassador for discovering this area of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel. This is a non-smoking cottage. The owners will be mindful of any excessive noise in this peaceful hamlet.

Satisfaction de toute la famille

Une jolie maison spacieuse pour accueillir trois générations, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût, un grand jardin bien fermé sécurisé pour les petits-enfants, très calme. Nous étions à la mer et à la campagne, des hôtes charmants et très serviables. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances.
