The landscaping looks very nice! The room was clean and had what I needed. But what I didn’t like was when I was walking back from picking up my FedEx package from the front desk, I was approached by a male that appeared to be doing grounds work. He was unfriendly and aggressive in asking why I was there. I told him I was walking to my room, he demanded the room number and proceeded to follow me part of the way to my room. I did not appreciate his aggressive and intimidating behavior.

Nikki at reception and basically, everyone there was amazing. If you asked anyone directions: they dropped what they were doing to escort you. First class. No nickel and dimming you on water / coffee and such. Expensive room, table stakes pretty high but great experience.

Staff was very friendly

The lady at the front desk when first checking in was very sweet, wish I remembered her name. then the lady I seen the next two days didn’t really have a good customer service attitude. She always seemed bothered or something. Never welcoming. If I asked her anything she never knew the answer she walked to the back to ask whoever was back there. Breakfast was amazing and the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful! Also, there’s a little sign in the bathroom that says if you forgot to pack something ask the desk, they have it complementary, but when I did they said they didn’t have any of what I was asking for (toothbrush, etc.)

The property was convenient to where we needed to go. But was run down. Definitely could use some renovations. All in all, not too bad.
