“We have an unhappy check in experience, we follow all the instructions that provided by owner but unable to access the smart door. We have contacted the owner more than 30 times and around 1 hour and from cloudy to raining but no answer. We have feedback the cleanliness of the comforter but there are no reply from owner. The light of the carpark room was no function and we need to open the gate and smart door in dark condition when we went back from dinner. We found cockroach at the bathroom……

"家庭房（3人入住）只有一對拖鞋提供，房中只有一個垃圾桶，淋浴熱水不夠熱，只有一個漱口杯。有Welcome Tea, 及地段環境塔夠。對面馬路就是Aeon，去華記吃點心也只是10分鐘步程，方便。"
