Highly recommend this place! Great breakfast, hot tub, location, well appointed rooms, lots of extras like a game room with ping pong, pool table, foosball, and coffee in the lobby anytime!

This has never happened to me before. I booked a room with a king size bed and got what seemed like a full size although it was probably a queen. They said it came through from Expedia as a king but somehow got booked as a queen. They were booked so could not correct the problem. Gave me an extra 1000 points. Now I need to contact Expedia to get a refund for the downgraded room.

Only spent one night but this is a place I’d return to in a heartbeat! Great facility. People who checked us in and out were friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and the mattress was comfy! Breakfast was pretty much what you get at any hotel with a hot continental with a good variety. I was very impressed with the young lady who took care of the eating area. Another lady had accidentally dumped her scrambled eggs and the young lady came with a broom/dustpan and the biggest, kindest smile on her face. She made what was an embarrassing situation seem as if it was normal. Wish we had had the time to check out the local shops but it was a quick trip.

My favorite motel between Tempe, AZ and West Haven, Utah. Kanab, Utah is half way along US Highway #89 route. Although a Best Western motel, Red Hills has the small town, Mom & Pop, feel and atmosphere.

Avoid rude staff and stay somewhere else.
We were in town to hike the wave and this place was the cheapest in town. When we arrived besides the woman who helped up being a little rude check in was fine. The room was very old and dated, but somewhat clean and had plenty of outlets and the fridge is big. We didn't have any running water when we woke up and our toilet ran constantly but no problem wasn't wven going to mention it because I know how little we were paying for the room and we're not picky. The issue came when we wanted to extend our trip. The prive more than tripled. Ok not a huge issue since there was a special evyin town, but thisnplace had eight rooms left! So we had decided to stay and pay the huge amount when yhe same woman who checked us in decided to ring our room. She asked if we intended to stay and informed us it would be $200! Over $50 more than what the nice employees quoted the day before and morning of. Then the rude woman informed me that we had dogs in a non dog room. Ok lady I don't work here and I informed the hotel when I booked I had a dog with me. Then she tells me we should probably just leave and she'll hivee 20 mins to pack up. So me and my paralyzed (stroke survivor) pack as fast as we can to get out of there while she has a maid posted outside our door making sure we're packing up. Everyone else was so nice in this town, but not this lady not sure why. As I type the rates at this hotel are still way more than the nicer more modern hotels in town Do yourself a favor and stay away.
