Breakfast was fresh with a good selection and served by efficient friendly staff. Omelettes and other food items could be ordered individually. Rooms were large and clean and beds were turned down daily. Reception service was efficient and any questions we had were answered. The bar is open until midnight and there was live piano music on Friday with a medley of well known tunes played by a friendly pianist. Overall a very nice weekend spent in Cracow with the hotel adding to this experience.

Property was excellent, the location was perfect, staff were very friendly and more than helpful, nice selection of food for breakfast, only negative thing about hotel is that there is no english speaking channels on the tv

Excellent all around hotel… great staff!!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had a spectacular view of the castle and river. It was clean, with a lovely soft deep carpet, decent storage for clothing, comfortable bed, and bathroom with good lighting, a magnifying mirror and lovely toiletries. Temperature control kept reverting to a high temperature, not great for sleeping, but that was the only negative.
