KIENTZHEIM LARGE CHARMING GITE LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE VILLAGE

This character cottage offers an ideal living environment for your holiday. The first floor will lead you to 4 bedrooms, all decorated with refinement. Beds made on arrival. Linen and towels provided.
1. The "Spring" room with a view of the fountain in the square is equipped with a double bed 160 cm and a TV
2. The room "Winter" offers guests a bed 140 and a 90 bed in a cozy mountain
3. The room "Autumn" has 2 beds 90 modular at will
4. and finally the "Summer" room with a bed of 140 will charm you with its turquoise colors.
Two bathrooms (each with a hairdryer), with shower and double sinks for a large corner bath and the other will allow you to relax in serenity. The house has 2 toilets including one independent.
2nd floor, you will discover a beautiful lounge / dining room with large volumes and exposed beams, a reading area and a small outside balcony, 2 chairs arranged on both sides. On the same floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen (4 induction burners, 2 gas burners, microwave, Traditional sliding oven, kettle, raclette and multi-party crepe, toaster, coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher and American fridge) in original green case.
On the ground floor, finally, you have a fully equipped laundry with iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer. In Part 2, you will also be able to store your bikes or skis depending on the season.
A selection of books for adults and children, board games, DVD / AUDIO well as a second TV is available in the lounge.
On arrival, a personal welcome awaits you. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a personalized presentation of vineyard managed by the owner in organic farming and of course a tasting!

Beautiful home, great location for hiking to villages

Overall fantastic. Location is in the center of Kientzheim, about a 15-minute walk to Kaysersberg and an hour walk to Riquewhir. Very modern and updated on the inside. Ground floor: excellent laundry room with washer/dryer. First floor: 4 bedrooms (one suitable for 3 people and the other 3 suitable for 2 each), one large modern bathroom, one room with a modern shower and double sink, and one with a toilet and sink. Second floor: bright and airy, large modern kitchen, dining room, and sitting room. The house does not have a/c but we were there during some pretty warm weather and sleeping at night was fine as the place is very well ventilated, with lots of operable windows. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. Probably the best VRBO I've ever stayed in.

Family Travels

The place is very clean which was great. The beds were comfortable and larger than most in France. The kitchen was nice & had everything we needed. Our hosts even left us a bottle of their wine to welcome us. The area was quaint, quiet and beautiful. The dryer was out of order which was an issue for us because we had already been traveling for 2 weeks prior. If we would have been informed we could have made other arrangements but we did not know until we arrived to a note on the dryer. There were also a lot of narrow stairs. We were traveling with my husbands 80 year old parents so that was a bit difficult. Both had fallen on them during our stay. Luckily there were no major injuries. I also thought with the description that it was located in Kaysersberg city center that we would be able to walk to an area with food and drinks. That was not the case. We had to drive to Kayserberb. The flat was in Another little town. As a whole, it was a nice place.

à noter cependant: 2 salles de bain mais une seule douche un peu étroite et de réglage délicat. La 1Úre salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire sans possibilité de douche: pratique pour de jeunes enfants, moins pour les plus grands et les adultes.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.la maison de Madame Carrer est trÚs agréable, remplie de clarté dÚs que le soleil montre le bout de son nez.La cuisine est super bien équipée, le salon est cosy, la salle à manger agréable.Les chambre sont équipée d'une literie confortable.La situation géographique est parfaite pour faire des balades, découvrir les villages alsaciens.La propriétaire tient une cave à vin au rez-de-chaussée de la location, ce qui n'est pas désagréable :o)Nous recommandons cette location

Gite de grande capacité et de grand confort. La précision des informations fournies permet de se sentir tout de suite bien dans la location. Proximité avec de nombreux magasins ( boulangerie/ boucherie/ restaurants) . Situation géographique idéale pour de nombreuses excursions en Alsace mais aussi à l'étranger. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné.

Great house in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvie's place! We had 4 adults and two children and there was plenty of room! Check in was easy and there was plenth of parking. Sylvie was very responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend Sylvie's place!

Einfach nur Perfekt!

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir, 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Jugendlichen, waren fĂŒr 5 Tage in der wunderschönen Unterkunft von Familie Familie Schmitt und Carrer in Kientzheim. Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet, der Wohn- Essbereich groß und wunderschön. Alles war sehr sauber und die RĂ€ume stilvoll eingerichtet. Dazu gabs tollen Wein aus dem Weingut. Der Urlaub und die Ferienwohnung hĂ€tten nicht schöner sein können. Sylvie als Gastgeberin, perfekt!

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben ein paar Tage das Elsass genossen. Das ruhige kleine Dorf in dem das Ferienhaus steht, ist umgeben von Weinbergen und nur ein paar Autominuten von Colmar entfernt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Es war ideal um mit ein paar Freunden ElsĂ€ssischen Wein und KĂ€se zu genießen. Wir wĂŒrden es jederzeit wieder buchen und können es nur voll empfehlen.

Maison parfaite pour visiter l'Alsace

La maison est vraiment superbe et trÚs bien équipée pour des vacances familiales ou entre amis. TrÚs bon accueil (les propriétaires gÚrent également le magasin de vin au RdC) et parking a proximité. Le village de Kientzheim est sympa et calme. Il y a 2-3 restaurants mais il faut aller à Kayserberg (environ 1 km) pour trouver plus d'activité. Beaucoup de balades dans le coin et un accÚs direct aux vignes. En tout cas, je conseille vivement cette région et surtout cette maison!

Magnifique maison traditionnelle

La maison de Sylvie est magnifique et trĂšs spacieuse. L’accueil est chaleureux. La position du gĂźte sur la place donne un paysage typique de la rĂ©gion. Nous avons passĂ© un merveilleux sĂ©jour en famille et nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Great property in an ideal, central location

I recently stayed at this property in Kientzheim and it was a fabulous stay. The owner was very responsive via the VRBO app and responded to all of our questions. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival and an offer for a wine tasting at their winery at the adjacent property. The house was perfect for our group. It was clean, functional, and well stocked to allow us to prepare breakfasts and the occasional meal. We were there for one week, but we didn’t even take advantage of the entire space (we ran out of time!)! There were 7 adults ; all cousins from three different families. Three 25+ year old males, one married couple and two single females and we had plenty of room and didn’t feel crowded at all. The house was immaculate and the washer and dryer very handy. As was the handy dishwasher. Kientzheim is centrally located along the wine route, minutes away from picturesque Colmar. Because it was during the grape harvest, our group enjoyed our walk to nearby Ricquewihr and enjoying the views of the vineyards. Despite the hectic time of year, Sylvie took time one morning to share the wine from her winery giving us a personal wine tasting and she even researched what it would take to ship a case home! I highly recommend this property and I certainly look forward to returning some day soon!

Maison authentique dans adorable village

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison, tout était pensé pour notre confort, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La maison est belle et authentique, elle contribue au dépaysement des vacances, elle donne sur une petite place avec une fontaine, on s'y sentait bien, les enfants aussi ont adoré. Le parking est un plus mais on peut se garer facilement alentours si plusieurs voitures. La propriétaire du gßte tient une cave à cÎté dont nous avons ramené quelques bonnes bouteilles. Nous gardons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois.
