Situated just a short walk away from the centre of Skala, this modern tastefully furnished property sits within mature gardens which overlooks the local countryside and groves of olives and citrus trees.

Dear guests, we would like to inform you that there has been an update of the tourist tax "Climate Crisis Durability Tax" in Greece. From 01-01-2024, this tax will be collected by the owner at the accommodation and the cost of the tax will be 10 € per night.

Villa with pool near Skala

Lovely property, as described in the details. Well maintained and all the facilities you need. Lovely pool area and BBQ. Great air conditioning ( definitely required in August!) and very comfortable beds. A 10 minute walk from the main road in Skala and not at all overlooked. Very helpful owner who was easily contacted if needed and provided good recommendations also.
