"upgrade了我的房間，感謝前台山景很美麗，服務也很好，可惜在溫泉泡池很多人抽煙，煙味令到浸溫泉的體驗不好，早餐、晚餐味道也不錯，房間大寬敞，面對河景，早上看見職員釣魚，很好的體驗，其實在溫泉池不應該抽煙會影響其他客人"

"Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Bereits vor Ankunft wurden alle emails nicht beantwortet. Vor Ort hatten wir dann mehrfach Stromausfall über 5-6 Stunden und konnten dann auch keine Toilette nutzen. Ein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel gab es nicht. "This "hotel" or Guest house is not listed on Local search engines and any sites in Bishkek. A taxi/Yandex driver found it by address.
