"Beautiful home, some blinds need repair or replace, pellet grill instructions should have been provided, not all the jets in the hot tub seemed to be working, no central AC just a wall unit in the living kitchen dining area then some rigged up cooling machine in one of the bedrooms. Only ceiling fans in the other two bedrooms. Golf cart was great and there are some questionable/abandoned properties before you get to the home which sits back a gravel pot hole filled road. I expected a little better for what we paid."
"Beautiful property. I am surprised with the low stars on Google. I have worked at Hilton and Marriot properties for years as a GM and DR of sales. Anyways, if you are expecting that type of hospitality at this property you won't get it. I think that's what is charming about this place. The front desk clerk was super nice. The people who work there are focused on their jobs and aren't there to make you feel like you are on vacation, that's what the island is for. I definitely recommend staying here. For our family of five it was fantastic. Rooms are roomy, pool is clean and it's a great location. We can walk right into town, walk to the beach and have dinner right across the street. I definitely recommend staying here. "
"This resort is quaint and comfortable. It's right next door to a nice restaurant, but is also within walking distance to downtown. The views are absolutely gorgeous! The room was very clean and staff was extremely helpful for any needs. The pool and spa were very nice as well. "

"We had such a great time here at Kelley’s Island. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed the fire pit proved on the property. It was secluded and quiet. Perfect weekend get away!"
