We had an excellent stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even coming up to the room to help us sort out the tv. The hotel fits in very nicely with the surrounding community.

The property is in a community of some sort. Shops, restaurants and cafes all right by the hotel. But the parking is very very limited.

Such a beautiful little town. My family really enjoyed our stay while going to cedar point. The people were so sweet ans loving. Will be going back and definitely recommend!

Staff was great. We stayed there in the winter when there were no resort fees so the price was very good. No breakfast but they had coffee, fridge and microwave so we brought something for breakfast to heat up.

Staff was great. Cute, clean and convenient. Price was great for off season. Not sure if I would pay a heck of a lot more for in-season prices. It was great and onvenient, but not enough for me to pay too much more than we paid for the off-season price. Lakeside is a nice community!

We felt tucked away in an idyllic haven. The Fountain Inn room was spacious, pristine, and comfortable. The location was a convenient walk to lake Erie and all of Chatauqua’s amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel does not offer the breakfast during the off season which we were not expecting. Room was clean but floor was sticky. The room itself was damp, leaving the sheets even feeling damp at night. Staff was friendly, front desk staffed around the clock. Room only supplied two pots for cooking. No skillets or cookware available.

Affordable , accessible with enough amenities to send you on your way. It half this 1990s nostalgia feel to it. Staff were friendly and parking was free. Would definitely stay there again.
