Charming 3 bedroom fully equipped house near Dock Square & Mother's Beach

This home is close to everything including Mother's Beach, Gooch's Beach, & Dock Square Kport, when you stay at this charming home off Sea Road w/ a fenced-in yard and deck and all the amenities of home!

Our clean and well-maintained family home is only 1.5 miles to Kennebunk Beach and 2 miles from downtown Kennebunkport! Perfectly located to spend the day at the beach and pick up lunch at Bennett's Store on your way, then head to town for dinner or cook at home and eat outside on the deck!

We offer beach chairs, towels and an umbrella for our guest use during their stay.

This vacation home will be available for a weekly, weekend, and multiple weeknight rentals only.

•Linens provided for the king, queen & twin size beds and the queen pullout couch (located in the living room).
•Towels, beach towels are always fresh.
•We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
•Kitchen with all necessary equipment needed to prepare meals and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy.
•Washer dryer and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for you to use and replenished for you.
•Internet and Spectrum Cable.
•Ductless, wall mounted Air conditioning. (Installed Spring 2024)
•Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler provided.
•Pack 'n' Play upon request, sheet not included.

Spacious, Comfortable and Private

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at this delightful property. There was plenty of seating and room to spread out the myriad of rug hooking and knitting supplies we had in tow and we enjoyed the beautiful, modern kitchen. We were surprised that there was no microwave, which would have been a welcomed addition. Our group were all over 70, and the steep stairway leading to the bedrooms upstairs was a challenge for some. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the place was spotless. Our host, Emily, came by upon our arrival with a bouquet of fresh spring tulips, which was lovely!

Maine exploration

We arrived at dusk and admired the house. It was just as photographed. I am recovering from major heart surgery and found the stairs impossible without the support of my friends. Once in, the main floor is charming, I thought I would have difficulties on the stairs, but the railings were good. We didn't spend any time outdoors as it was cool in the evenings.

Pros- Beautiful, quiet home, close to shopping and dining options. The property manager/team maintained communication leading up and throughout the stay. Cons- No shovel on the property made it hard to get out the day a snow storm came in. Having to do laundry for the property, I'm pretty sure I was charged a cleaning/maintaining/housekeeping fee, only to be made to do the work myself.

1 Caly Hollow Road, Kennebunk ME

Early October stay. Property was lovely, house was clean and well-appointed. Mattresses were comfortable. But... evenings were quite chilly because the heat didn't work in the living room and one of the windows there wouldn't close all the way so we went to bed early as the thermostats in the bedrooms were operational. The ceiling fan in the kitchen was on when we arrived and we couldn't shut it off which made the kitchen feel chilly as well; tried all the wall switches. The smoke detector was beeping because it needed new batteries which we would gladly have changed but couldn't find any batteries in the house. I twice reported all of this to the managing agency but never got a response.
