"We were greeted by Annika on arrival and she gave us a warm welcome and made it possible for us to have an early check in after a long international flight. She gave us lots of valuable information about the hotel and the beautiful town of Kiama. We loved everything about this hotel. Friendly smiling staff; bright and sunny reception area; clean rooms with a comfy bed and a very good location for walking to the town. We ate breakfast there only once - it was 15 minutes from closing so the hot food was not the best. We are sure it was fine if you arrived earlier. Had great breakfast each other day at The Hungry Monkey, just around the corner. A perfect visit for a wedding and many happy memories created here. "

The management company not so great, all their communications were general and not necessarily appropriate eg threatening fines (a common thread) if I didn't clean the BBQ- there wasn't one; offering early check in but not being able to contact anyone; warning me of snakes, rodents etc. ,in a 3rd floor apartment!"

"Beautifully restored heritage home complete with all modern comforts. Excellent communication by host who very thoughtfully provided pantry essentials and treats for humans and dog! ( a first ever for Daisy) Exceptionally well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Quiet location, relaxing and reminiscent of childhood stays in grandparents heritage home. Highly recommend.
