"There was no one working at the registration desk and I was unable to check in. I spent 1.5 hrs calling a number posted number in the office to check in. After 20 plus calls to multiple numbers I had to pay for other lodgings. Very poorly run! I would definitely not recommend!"

"I loved staying in Almost Heaven. Everything was clean and in working order. The host was communicative and provided check-in procedures with the door code in a timely manner. The cabin is situated in a neighborhood with plenty of parking, easy access to the main attractions, and a gorgeous view of the mountains without having a to climb one in your car. Overall, I would book this cabin for my next stay in Pigeon Forge. "
