They was plenty of space and everything was clean. Perfect location too. We walked from our place to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely book again!”

“My expectations were exceeded in every aspect. The condo was beautiful! The staff members were kind and informative. There was a lot available on site and it was so close to the Gatlinburg strip. ”

“We had to wait for someone to show up to check in. We finally checked in. Rooms very basic. Needing a lot of attention especially the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and requested the room to be made up everyday. It never got done. We had to request clean towels on the second night. The shower was good then the water went really hot. Overall disappointed ”

If you are looking for a cabin with an outdoor space to hang out, this isn't the cabin for you. In all honesty, we only spent probably around 30 hours in the room from Thursday until Sunday. We were out and about the rest of the time. With that being said, it was everything that was described and very good communication with the property manager. We will be back.”
