"The hotel had a beautiful atmosphere and was stunningly decorated for Día de Muertos. ​The location is perfect, too, as it's within easy walking distance of the Tlaquepaque: El Pueblo Mágico. I absolutely loved this hotel and am so grateful for the wonderful experience my dad and I had; it truly made us happy."

"Día de Muertos is a fantastic time to visit the area. The hotel is themed for the festivities- courtesy tequila shots nightly. Free 2-course breakfasts were served with attention; the lobby had a cold filtered water stand to refill our water bottles; and they offered fun recommendations for tours and sights. We had a restful 4 nights and will return to Puerta San Pedro. "

"The room was beautiful and spacious and the staff was beyond friendly! We also enjoyed the breakfast before out flight home and it was yummy. Add on a stellar location close to everything and this place is really the place to stay! "

"Rooms were clean. Staff was very courteous, food was great, and everything is within walking distance. The only issue is that if you’re going to consume at their bar keep track of your drinks. For our experience, this is what happened, we were out by the pool enjoying ourselves and we ran up a tab. The tab was paid at the end of night, upon check out which was a couple days later they said we still owed for those drinks. "
