Welcome to our charming stone century home in Guelph's Exhibition Park neighbourhood. This pet-friendly oasis offers a self-contained unit with three bedrooms, a spa bathroom, and chef's kitchen. Enjoy the garden & outdoor living space or relax indoors with Wi-Fi & entertainment. Steps away from parks, trails, and Downtown. Sleeps eight comfortably, can accommodate more (on request). Hosts respect privacy but are available if needed. No smoking. 3 PM check-in, 11 AM check-out. 2SLGBTQ+ Friendly.

The space

Step into a blend of history and comfort. Our stone century home radiates charm, from its hardwood floors and high ceilings to its artist-inspired interiors. The unit spans two stories, with a TV in the living room and another in a private bedroom. You'll also find a dedicated workspace with a door and office chair, perfect for remote work or focused tasks. Enjoy the gardener's dream front yard, the large shared porches, and the expansive fenced-in backyard. Whether you're cooking in the top-tier kitchen, basking in the outdoor ambiance, or watching a show, the space promises a delightful Guelph experience.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire unit, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. Please note that while the front and back porch areas are available for your enjoyment, they are shared spaces with the homeowners and pets. Additionally, the driveway is a shared amenity. We encourage guests to make themselves at home while being mindful of shared areas.

Other things to note

We have some furry friends on the property! Tully, our beloved dog, uses the backyard, and two outdoor cats are on site (Dawg & Henri). While they are all friendly, we ask guests to please be mindful and ensure the pets do not enter the unit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Cute, cozy house in Guelph, perfect for friends and family
This was the perfect place for my friends and I! We came into town for an event and needed somewhere to stay for the night. The house was very cozy and comfortable, perfect for a group of friends to spend some time together! The beds were comfortable, house was very clean. The living area was large and open with cozy couches and chairs. We all had nothing but amazing things to say about this house. The host was also very accommodating, supportive with the booking process and always available if needed. We would love to come back next time we are staying in Guelph.

Very nice house in great location.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is clean. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The kitchen is large, and is well stocked. The owner was responsive to our issues. It is located steps away from exhibition Park, a large park with many recreational facilities. Good central location in Guelph.

The Garden Paradise stay in the Century Home was true to its name. The accommodations were spotlessly clean, roomy, and well furnished. The gourmet kitchen was well equipped and a fresh bouquet of flowers greeted us. We highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the Guelph area.
