Very unique college themed hotel. Very comfortable beds. The only small issue was a noisy air conditioning unit in our room. I would stay here again.

Super nice quality. Decor was certainly not my style, but I understand it was well thought through. Maybe it's that my room was super small that the decor made me feel claustrophobic, but everything else was excellent. Would have been nice to have access to "real" coffee, but the only place to get that was to pay for it, but the wait looked very long. Service, cleanliness - all very good. Even though it wasn't perfect, I'd stay there all over again for the proximity to campus.

I'm a fan of the Graduate hotels in general. This location is weirdly accessed via a tiny alley entrance in the middle of a block. You'll probably miss it the first time you drive up. Like all Graduate hotels, the lobby theming is really great, way heavy on the Peyton & Archie Manning, of course. On this last visit, the coffee bar was closed, supposedly due to sickness, and someone hit a gas line and knocked out the hot water for awhile. Not the best experience, overall, but generally a good hotel, albiet overpriced due to its location, IMHO.

Property location is perfect if you are going to the University. Hotel room was fine - small and decor was cute but not particularly clean. Lots of dust behind the bed and beer bottle top next to bed. Lobby was cute. Hallways could use a refresh too. Onsite food options not so great - have stayed at other Graduates that had more amenities. Staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Basically on UTK campus so it was perfect for our visit.

You can see visible stains on the mattress under the sheets, As well as dirty or stained material over the bed frame, I would have mentioned this in person as well but the girl at the desk never asked me and questions about my stay. Overall it was a subpar experience. I would not stay there again.

What a fun place to stay when visiting Knoxville for a UT campus tour! Love the decor and location. Didn't try the restaurant but loved seeing all the Peyton Manning memorabilia.

The property is so cute, from the fun decor to the room keys made to look like UT graduate id’s. Also love the fact that they employ UT students who were very professional. It is a little dated and we didn’t know we’d have to pay a $35 parking fee per night.

Location is amazing. If you have a kid at UT, you have to stay there once. Steps away from campus and most dorms. Tennessee/Manning theme is awesome! Some parts of the building a little dated and could use a deeper cleaning of common areas. Shared microwave on every other floor was nice option but it was way overdue for a wipe down. Housekeeping didn’t close the door fully one day, so our room was unlocked for hours. Parking is $35/night and valet is the only option. Watched the basketball game at the attached Saloon 16, where prices were reasonable and the female bartender was friendly. Glad I stayed there but probably won’t choose it again, unless I’m in the area without a car.

The property itself was decent. The room was dirty with stains on the bed footboard/headboard, as well as the wallpaper. Bathroom smelled of urine and wasn’t clean. Our room beds were never made the three days we stayed there and trash was only emptied once.

Super cute hotel for the true Tennessee fan! Great location close to campus. Hotel rooms remind me of Mamaw’s house and are so cute and with the TN theme. Loved it!

My stay at the Graduate in Knoxville, TN, was pleasant despite the rooms being a bit too busy for my liking. However, I did appreciate the little touches, such as the antique phone and unique lamps. The theme in my room felt like it was trying to hard to me, making it difficult to sleep due to the busyness. Nonetheless, the staff was amiable and everything was clean. The hotel's walkability was excellent, with plenty of options to explore nearby. My only criticism is that they only offer valet parking and no other parking options. Although I might opt for a more standardized chain on my next visit to downtown Knoxville, it was still a unique experience.

decor was unique, location was ideal. some things could use refreshing and my room was not spotless clean (when i moved things on bathroom vanity, i could tell it wasn’t recentlyl washed). it wasn’t horrible, but for the price they ask, i would think it would be nicer
