"The hotel was clean and peaceful and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a little isolated but staff are happy to arrange taxis which arrive promptly. Our room was far from the reception and was an uphill walk we had to take or wait for the shuttle bus which could have been more frequent. There is a lot of parking spaces directly outside the rooms so if we stayed again I would hire a car to have the flexibility of travelling around the island without relying on taxis. "

"The hotel is a very good hotel and is definitely worthy of 5 stars. The food quality was excellent and one of the best iv experienced. Drinks also are very premium on the elevated bliss option. One thing that lets this property down, is that we struggled to book the premium restaurants, my advice to anyone going would be to contact the hotel prior to going to get some bookings. The other thing, is that, when in the premium restaurants, you can select only a starter a main and a dessert which technically isn’t all inclusive. This has all the potential to be ultra luxury but there are a couple of things that just let it down sadly. Still 5* but so close to being 5* luxury. "

"I had a wonderful experience for 4 days at this resort while recovering with an injury I got a few days before arriving. From check in through check out, transportation arrangements, guest services, dining in the restaurants, the breakfast buffet, spa services and laundry service/housekeeping, the service, staff and quality was top of the line! Special thanks to Vuola and Eti in dining for their extra care and friendly manner. Everyone I met at the hotel seemed to genuinely love their job and service. I needed extra care and assistance and they were always willing to help. They also seemed to love working together as colleagues and I saw a lot of teamwork. Thank you, Sheraton Rhodes!"

"A few minutes walk from the Old City walls. Staff were exceptional. We couldn't fault the food or drinks on the All Inclusive. I'd recommend it for anyone wanting to see Rhodes Old Town. If you just want to lounge by the pool maybe not so much. The pool is quite small and the area around it is fairly compact."
