Detached house with private pool located next to the sea and shops.
The CAMÓS villa has 105 m2 and is distributed on the ground floor and upper floor.
On the ground floor we find a double living-dining room with fireplace, an independent kitchen with exit to a terrace, a bedroom with doble bed and cupboard, a bathroom with small bathtub and toilet, and a laundry room. 
On the first floor we find a bedroom with a nest bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and another bedroom with a double bed and exit to a terrace with a small sea view, as well as a second sunny terrace.
Outside there is a swimming pool all in length of 11m x 2.50m with, on one side, a relax area, and on the other, a barbecue with a part where you can enjoy summer meals with your family or between friends.
It has wifi and international channels and it is located 250m from the beach and all shops.

Bon séjour à l'escala.

Maison proche du port et de la plage,donc passage de voiture régulier, ce qui engendre du bruit et, imposerait une maison climatisée. Afin de pouvoir dormir les fenêtres fermées.
