Did not like the constant salesman coming up to us in the lobby to try and upsell when we’re just trying to relax. Also did not like how we were prompted to go swimming in the indoor health pool which was small and running out of room fast and wasn’t gifted anything for the inconvenience.

Very loud guest. I called the front desk to complain, not sure if they did anything about it because the people staying right next to my room continued to bang on the walls, play loud music, and yell. The deposit fee is exaggerated $250!? I’ve stayed in better places where the deposit is only $50 or $100. Not worth it specially for the location. I greeted a front desk staff in the morning even though I am the one who had a horrible night, she ignored me. Not staying here ever again.
