"The house overall was average. Size is good, but it wasn't very clean. I had issues communicating, and Hotels.com almost booked me elsewhere. The laundry room was filthy. The rooms seemed like they had been cleaned several days before. There was a musty smell all over the house. Internet was great, I had a couple of Zoom calls that worked very well. "

"I have to say, my experience at the Ramada Encore hotel was outstanding. I've stayed in several hotels in Queretaro, but this one stands out as the best. The staff is friendly, the hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing! I will definitely be returning to the Ramada, and I highly recommend this hotel. Additionally, there's a shopping center within walking distance, which is very convenient. Overall, this is the best hotel by far. Thank you to the Ramada Encore staff—keep up the fantastic work! the fantastic work!"
